At first , this thesis introduce new thought and idea of modern enterprise ' s information management , narrate the conception , origin and development of erp ( enterprise resources planning ) ; then based on the analysis of the role that erp takes in manufacturing industry and the research status of erp , mainly concerned with the problem of mps ( master production schedule ) module and mrp ( material requirements planning ) module existing in the system of production schedule management in erp , this thesis makes researches on the flexibility of erp ; at last based on the theory of mps module and mrp module and the facts of manufacturing industry production management , the thesis aims to provide theoretical and methodological for erp ' s development 本論文正是以此出發(fā),首先介紹了有關現(xiàn)代企業(yè)信息化管理的新思想、新觀念,講述了erp的概念、淵源與發(fā)展;然后,在深入分析erp在制造企業(yè)中的作用和應用現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,圍繞現(xiàn)有企業(yè)erp環(huán)境下的生產(chǎn)計劃管理子系統(tǒng)中mps模塊和mrp模塊存在的問題,對生產(chǎn)計劃管理功能的柔性化展開研究;最后,根據(jù)mps和mrp的基本原理并結合我國制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理的實際情況,對mps和mrp功能模塊的柔性化算法進行開發(fā)和設計,提供了柔性化管理軟件的開發(fā)思路。
